This is a friendly reminder to all my American shoppers that there is now a 10% tariff levied on all orders, this is charged at my end, not at your end and is handled by my shipping provided (Royal Mail).
To make life easier I have rolled this into the shipping charge at checkout, which now also asks you for your phone number for customs purposes.
Please note, for now it seems art prints and books still are exempt from this charge. I have tried to find a happy medium with the shipping charges in order to allow for this. In circumstances where there is a large overage in shipping I will refund the excess. Thanks so much for shopping with me during this volatile time!

Choose between Standard Air Mail (untracked) or Tracked shipping. For larger orders and commissions I always recommend to ship with tracking in order to be able to trace the parcel.
Standard Air Mail aims to be delivered within 3-5 working days (Europe) and 6-7 working days worldwide.
Tracked Air Mail aims to be delivered within 3-5 working days (Europe) and 5-7 working days worldwide and is fully tracked to delivery point.
Prints and original artwork / commissions are sent Royal Mail - Tracked with either Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide depending on the size and weight of the item (allow 5-7 business days* to reach you), items are fully insured to the value of the item
Customs fees are not included in my pricing and are solely the responsibility of the buyer

Please note that since Brexit, if you are buying from the E.U. larger orders may incur added tax costs to you upon delivery which is sadly out of my control. This is affecting many small businesses like my own and it is my hope it is changed in time. I advise you to look at your country’s policies for UK orders prior to ordering so you are aware of what to expect for your delivery.

I don’t generally accept returns but if you do have any problems with your order, please feel to get in touch with me.

If you’re familiar with the joys of trying to get home printers to work consistently I’m sure you will understand my desire to work with professional printers to create my prints. As such I work with a local printer who does an excellent job of printing my artwork and ships to me next day. As a result I am beholden to any slight delays they might be having and / or holiday times when they are closed. I will of course always notify you if there are any troubles with printing, but in order to maintain the highest quality of print production and archival inks and papers I deem this the best option for printing my artwork.

A3 prints are shipped rolled up in a large poster tube within a protective cellophane sleeve. The sleeve is acid free, so feel free to keep your prints safe in the sleeve whilst you source an appropriate frame. The paper will unroll naturally and you can use books to help flatten out the artwork.
Handling prints - try to avoid handling the prints with your bare hands in order to avoid putting your natural skin oils on the paper which may affect the quality of the print in the long term. Use gloves or tissues when handling is required outside of the cellophane sleeve.
Displaying prints - all my prints are printed professionally with archival inks which should ensure lasting quality for many years to come; it is always advisable however to avoid direct sunlight when displaying your prints if possible to avoid fading over time.
