There is a beautiful proverb here in Wales: “Dod yn ôl at fy nghoed” - which means ‘To return to my trees’ - in essence to return to a balanced state of mind. As the leaves returned to the trees here in Wales this spring and we were blessed with beautiful sunny weather, I found myself returning to ‘my trees’, discovering that my intuitive, spiritual practice is deeply rooted in a connection with nature.
It’s no surprise that we humans do so well in nature, we are literally programmed to benefit from the fragrances found beneath the boughs of the forests. Anyway, I digress. As I walked in the forest I kept getting a flickering vision of a majestic tree, glimmering with light and rainbow crystalline fragments. This tree seemed to hold all the possibilities, all the paths we might take in our lives and so much more woven into its ancient trunk. There was a sense of seeing ourselves as deeply and intricately connected to our ancient heritage and - as I discovered in the channeled message below - also to our future heritage.
Our message and meditation invites us to connect with this ancient wisdom, drawing on the knowledge of those who have walked before us and to connect with the Ancestral Tree for a token of wisdom.

You are the fruiting body, the blossom, the seed, woven into the fabric of time and space, the density matter in which you chose to partake when you came to this realm, to experience the grandest experience and experiment of your Soul days here on Earth, on Gaia in the realms of the mystic.
Your tree, your grand ancestral tree reaches out before you, a massive web into the cosmos, shining with the messages, wisdom and lessons of all those who have walked before you; tracing your family line back beyond the realms of your kith and your kin, beyond the realms of known memory and into the mists of time. This is the wisdom imbued into this message— the wisdom that you, dear Soul have the ability to tap into any one of these grand lineages, to tune into the lessons and the wisdom - just like those who walked before. You can also send your mind down the distant future pathways of your kith and kin to connect with future selves, future realms; for you understand they are all happening in the potentiality of the now moment, all stacked upon one another - but we bring the message of the tree forward because it is a handy symbol and metaphor.
All of you use human bodies that are rooted - like this tree - in the Earth, in Gaia; your bodies remain here, whilst your Souls are the vibrant energy that flows through the branches of this great, tree, you are the fruit, you are the seed, you are the memory, and you are the expression. That is the fire and spark of the Soul working its magic and majesty here in the realms of matter and magic on Earth.
So remember to connect with this tree, this ancestral tree. Feel it spreading beneath your feet and from your toes, touch its massive trunk, and hear the whispered messages of the leaves above you, as the winds of time blow through its branches.
Here resides wisdom, shadow - sometimes yes - but great wisdom to be tapped into so you may continue on your path as the next great branch and frond on the great ancestral tree of life.
And so it is.
