Another fond favourite for me in the Gateway deck, I think mainly because of how it was constructed and the complexity of the piece. I personally love creating visions like this that play with perspectives and size. Living in West Wales I also have a deep love of standing stones and I’m always delighted to find them in the landscape. This piece I feel evokes the magic of discovering something magical and monumental. Being set within a hazardous mountain range, there is a sense that the journey perhaps has not been easy and indeed, this card’s meaning encourages the reader to not give up, to keep going, despite the challenges. The energy of Melchizedek is also explored within The Divine Masters Oracle.
