  • I usually have work booked into my schedule 4-8 weeks in advance. If you need something rushed or want to find out when I can next work with you, please reach out and I will be happy to discuss your needs. Once we have discussed your timeline I can work quickly and efficiently to meet your needs.

  • Yes! I’m accustomed to working to strict NDA’s and other restrictions tailored to the needs of my clientele! I’m happy to sign agreements pertaining to such restrictions and will work to your needs.

  • I work to your brief and audience. While my portfolio includes spiritual/intuitive art, my cover work is driven by genre, brand, and production specs. I’m equally comfortable with design‑led, minimalist, or genre‑specific aesthetics (YA fantasy, romantasy, sci‑fi, literary). Final deliverables are on‑brief, on‑brand, and print‑ready.

  • Print-ready PDFs (PDF/X), layered source files as agreed (PSD/AI), vector foil/deboss layers, jacket wrap with spine/bleed, and a spec sheet detailing colours, finishes, and tolerances.

  • Yes—vector linework for foil/deboss, spine motifs, and alignment with the jacket. I design with printer tolerances in mind and can liaise with vendors if needed.

  • Yes—flat art, mockups, social crops, and hero images suitable for reveal posts and retailer listings.

  • Yes—enamel pins, metallic bookmarks, and select items to match the edition. I can scope these alongside the cover for a cohesive reveal.

  • Yes—variant jackets and series systems to keep continuity across books and special editions.

  • Licensing is tailored to your edition/run (e.g., box-limited exclusive). Extended usage (retail reprint, marketing beyond the campaign, foreign editions) can be added as needed.

  • Fixed quotes based on scope: illustration complexity, number of variants, finishes (foil/deboss), deliverables, and timelines. Share your brief for an exact proposal.

  • Typically 50/50 (deposit when work commences, and final 50% upon approval of final art files), I can invoice via my website or Paypal to suit your needs.
