Artist Discoveries is an article series where I share some of my favourite artists that have inspired my work through my artistic career, this post celebrates the wonderful work of Roger Dean.

I believe many artists have a moment that they remember as clear as crystal — the day they saw someone’s artwork that had a profound impact on their life that perhaps drove them to start creating in the first place. In this small article series I want to share some of the artists who have influenced my artistic career.

Continuing on from my previous article where I un-murked the murky waters of supporting your favourite artists, today I thought I would like to continue on this trend and explain what the differences are between a 2D artist’s bread and butter — originals, limited and open edition prints.

I've read ImagineFX for as long as I've been doing digital art, it was the first thing I committed to subscribing to when I went full time freelance, an expenditure that I was determined to make work.
