The Magician sketch

It’s time for a new update about the deck and to share with you the latest artwork created. This one was a long time in the making as I got ill in-between starting the sketch and eventually being able to finish the artwork. I personally prefer to stay in the flow when I’m creating artwork and ideally create art over the space of a day or so in order to stay in the same energy. However, needs must and this card was created over the space of several weeks instead.

I love the energy of The Magician card and feel a particular fondness for it in a reading since when I have received this card it has been a powerful time of change and manifestation in my life - a card that really expects you to step into your power and understand your abilities! His gaze is firm and direct, there’s no BS with the Magician, but also from his hands all manner of wondrous things emerge!
