Serapis Bey - Paradigm Shift
As I was going to sleep last night, this guy popped into my mind's eye and I remembered this morning to look up his meaning in the guidebook. It was no surprise to me that his message is all about change, out with the old, in with the new, transformation and activation. Since returning from my travels I've been taking some time to assess what my plans are for 2025 and get clear on what I wish to achieve and where my focus needs to be. It feels scary when considering some of the larger ideas in my mind, whether I'm quite ready to make the leap, so it's quite lovely to have Serapis appear to assure me that these steps are what need to be taken.
I'm not a believer in setting resolutions for the new year, but I do believe in addressing old stagnant habits and ensuring that I'm always following my passion and joy, some things I enjoy can fall by the wayside as I push forward with other things, and it feels like a balancing act keeping all the things that light me up in play, the shifting of the year seems a good time to take a look back at these and remind myself why I'm doing what I'm doing.
