Quan Yin from the Divine Masters Oracle

 

Hi friends, this was one of the two test pieces I created when Kyle and I pitched the concept of the Divine Masters deck to Hay House. This card in particular set the aesthetic tone we were going with in the deck - specifically a very soft focus feel, with a subtle texture overlay throughout. It was a card I returned to often whilst working on the deck to ensure we were on track and everything was looking good together as a whole.

Here is Kyle’s information about Quan Yin from the guidebook:

Quan Yin (sometimes Kuan Yin) is a bodhisattva, a being of pure compassion and love, who is loved the world over, especially in the East. Bodhisattvas are part of the Buddhist tradition, but are very similar to the western concept of angels—beings of light and brilliance who will do anything they can to lead those who call on them into a space of peace and harmony.

Quan Yin has grace and a pearly white light surrounds her. She can help us step into an embrace of care, forgiveness, and compassion. If we have been hurt or disrespected by another person, she will help us move into a non‐reactive space so that we can stay connected to the light as we move forward.
