I always love exploring colour schemes within the framework of a developing deck and this card was such a pleasure to design, bringing in the beautiful traditional orange of Djwal Khul’s robes and a soft green to balance it. This artwork comes from the upcoming Divine Masters Oracle. Here is an excerpt from the guidebook which explains about this Ascended Master:

Djwal Khul (pronounced Dwaaal Cool), also known as “the Tibetan,” is a Tibetan Buddhist master who is said to have had many incarnations, including as one of the original devotees of the Budda and as one of the three wise men who honored the birth of Jesus with frankincense, gold, and myrrh. He is one of the Mahātmās presented in the work of Helena Blavatsky, who was one of the first western channelers to share information on the ascended masters.

Djwal Khul’s purpose is to guide humanity to a more enlightened and compassionate existence. He is one of the lamas residing in the etheric retreat of Shambhala, a city of light hidden in the Himalayas. Many of these lamas are the spiritual guides of lightworkers on Earth.
